大白菜喜歡寒冷的氣候，但不耐高溫。而中國南方和東南亞地區要求大白菜耐熱性強。因此，在光照培養箱中研究大白菜的耐熱性，有利于培育耐熱大白菜新品種。
In recent years, Chinese breeders have carried out research on heat resistance of Chinese cabbage, and the identification of heat resistance is mainly based on field nodularity and heat injury symptoms. Because it is difficult to create a suitable field environment in temperate regions, and the field identification time is long and the efficiency is low. So the experiment needs to be done in a light incubator. Through isozyme analysis and tissue structure observation, the relationship between heat resistance of Chinese cabbage and changes of microstructure and biochemical indexes was discussed, which provided theoretical basis for early identification of heat resistance of Chinese cabbage and cruciferous vegetables.
以6份大白菜材料為材料，對田間高溫和光照培養箱熱脅迫下的熱害癥狀進行了鑒定，并對主要鑒定指標進行了研究。結果表明，POD和SOD同工酶譜帶的變化與大白菜的耐熱性密切相關。通過制作石蠟切片，利用光學顯微鏡研究組織結構，表明葉片中脈維管束導管、莖中皮層薄壁細胞和木質部導管的變化可以用來鑒定大白菜熱脅迫后的耐熱性。
