鈑金的表面處理可以起到防腐保護和裝飾的作用。常見的鈑金表面處理包括粉末噴涂、電鍍鋅、熱浸鍍鋅、表面氧化、表面拉絲、絲網印刷等。
表面處理前，應清除金屬板表面的油污、鐵銹和焊渣。
粉末噴涂:
鈑金表面噴涂液體漆和粉末漆，常用粉末漆。通過噴粉、靜電吸附、高溫烘烤，在鈑金表面噴涂一層各種顏色的油漆，美化外觀，提高材料的耐腐蝕性能。這是一種常見的表面處理方法。
注意:不同廠家噴涂的顏色會有一些色差，所以同一設備同一顏色的鈑金盡量由同一廠家噴涂。

2.鍍鋅和熱浸鍍鋅
鈑金表面鍍鋅是一種常用的表面防腐處理方法，在一定程度上可以美化外觀。鍍鋅可分為電鍍鋅和熱浸鍍鋅。
電鍍鋅外觀光亮平整，鍍鋅層薄，所以常用。
熱鍍鋅的鍍鋅層較厚，能產生鐵鋅合金層，耐蝕性比電鍍鋅強。
3.表面氧化:
本文主要介紹鋁及鋁合金的表面陽極氧化。
鋁及鋁合金的表面陽極氧化可以氧化成各種顏色，起到保護作用，并有很好的裝飾作用。同時可以在材料表面生成陽極氧化膜，具有較高的硬度和耐磨性，以及良好的電絕緣性和隔熱性。
4. Surface drawing:
