安徽恒泰包裝有限公司于2010年8月24日注冊成立。其前身是桐城恒泰塑膠有限公司，成立于2001年。公司擁有10萬級凈化車間，先后建成三條國內先進的三層共擠薄膜生產線，專業生產聚乙烯(PE)和聚丙烯(PP)薄膜和包裝袋。它已經生產和出口醫療級包裝薄膜超過20年。工廠占地面積5352.9m2，有6層辦公綜合樓，兩個生產車間，三個倉庫。建設單位計劃拆除廠內舊倉庫和一個生產車間，新建一個生產車間和兩個倉庫，購置吹膜機、分切機、攪拌機等生產加工設備，建設“年產5000噸醫用塑料薄膜生產線項目".
