特點：
Point:
一、 材料形狀：呈矩形截面圓角圓邊形狀，與一般矩形直角直邊的有顯著區別，彈簧在高頻率工作時可以減少應力集中，提高使用壽命。
One: Shape of material: Appear as the rectangular section round edge shape which different to the rectangular cartesian straight edge. The stress concentration will be reduced when the springs are working frequently, and also raise the time of using.
二、 強化處理：彈簧經過表面強化處理，其表面組織結實，提高了應力集中點的強度，使彈簧疲勞壽命延長，對高應力，高頻率有特殊效果。
Two、Surface peening :After the treatment on each spring, both of the surface tissue and the stress concentration point will be more stronger, and also extending the using time, especial for the higher stress and higher frequency condition
三、 強壓處理：每只彈簧做三次或三次以上強壓處理，消除了使用前的內應力，保證彈簧使用時不會發生變形，縮短，斷裂等現象。
Three、Prestressing : Each spring will be prestressed by three or more times, in order to reduce the internal stress before using, keep sure that there will not be any crushed, shorten or broken appeared.
四、 使用壽命：根據彈簧的行程長度，頻率來決定。
