Over the last 10 years the Chunxu Group has expanded to meet its customers' needs - in particular the overseas market has driven this expansion. Today approximately 95% of our molds and products are exported to more than 40 different countries such as the USA, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Russia, Brazil etc.
Our molds are made using international standard aluminum. Our products are made from food-standard PE material which we import from USA, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand. We use this material because it is non-toxic, odorless, sturdy, durable and impact/ weather-resistant (it can be used in temperatures ranging from 90 degree centigrade to -30 degree centigrade).
We have expertise in all kinds of mold texture processing and Teflon coating according to our customers' requirements. This professional process makes our molds look smooth and shiny.
Our experienced and highly skilled technical design team use advanced CAM softwares (like UG, Solidworks, Auto CAD, Pro/E) to translate your ideas, pictures, drawings and prototypes into high quality, accurate molds with no pinholes at all - ensuring that the end product has uniform wall thickness and smooth surface.
We have more than 50 high tech equipments in mold workshop, such as imported CNC, digital miller, electrical sparkle, linear cutting machines and so on and around 20 sets of rotational molding machines in the rotomolding workshop.
One of the key success factors in the development of our business has been our consistent commitment to quality. In 2001 we applied for and were awarded ISO9001:2000 International Quality certificate.
As one of the leading manufacturers in China we were appointed as a council member to the China Plastic Processing Industry Association's RotoMolding Committee in 2005 and we joined in International Rotomolding Association in the same year.
Our Quality Control Department has 15 professional engineers to strictly control the quality of each project. Together with design engineers, they review the design drawings carefully before starting to make each mold, and monitor the whole process from molds manufacture to products manufacture. Products are 100% inspected and only once it has been qualityapproved can a product enter the warehouse.
